_{Hello again! This is Chelsea, previously ~stargazer213 and now !RainCooper. I'm just here to report some changes in my gallery and a couple of notes. I would be very grateful if you read all of this.

Stamps: I'm so very grateful to all of you for shooting I LIKE Stamps stamp to 1,681 favorites. I've never had a deviation while collected so much love. Thank you so very much.

I'd also like to say that my Sly Cooper Fan stamp has also made it's place as the most popular Sly Cooper-related stamp on deviantART, with 374 favorites. Wow - I honestly never imagined my stamps to reach such a height. Thank you, thank you!

Stamp Bases: During the time I check up on this account, I usually have around 3,000 messages, mainly relating to my stamps and stamp bases. I also have the question that pops up the most: Can I use this base for my stamp?, and the answer is YES. Yes, you may. I created the stamp bases for everyone's use. All I ask is that you give me credit.

Frequently Asked Questions: I receive questions constantly about the work in my gallery, and I've decided it's time to clear some of it up.
